Designed and opened in 2006 as a Boutique Hotel, although prompt service, large and spacious rooms and facilities exceed the standards of a 4-star hotel, wishing to accommodate and guests can not enjoy the services of a hotel than 3 stars- for reasons of internal rules of their company, was classified under at 3 stars. National Opera and the Faculty of Law, Church and Parliament Palace , the Silver Church Club are just some of the attractions and landmarks near the hotel Siqua. Standard amenities such as free WiFi, rooms, windows functional, electronic doors locks, bidet,  fire alarm system, etc.., which we consider basic services and customize or adapt to the requirements of our guests a perfect stay and successful.

We don’t have clients, we only have guests of honor that we treat individually, according to each one’s preferences and particularities.
